Victor Florian is the CEO, of Rocca International USA, Inc., after seven years of finance and banking experience, including 5 years at Security Pacific National Bank as an assistant controller in the International Department, he established his own business. His experience in the development, auditing, and implementation of Budgetary Planning for domestic and foreign branches at Security Pacific Bank was the perfect grounding experience needed for establishingVRF Financial Group, a division of Rocca International USA, Inc., where he offers his clients an array of services including: Finance, Tax Law and Business Consulting, as well as Real Estate Financing and Investments. Victor also holds a Real Estate Broker License and presently is writing a course on tax law to aid professionals in their continue tax law education. Victor R. Florian graduated from American Graduate School of International Management (A.G.S.I.M.).
His current activities include positions as: Board Member of the Valley International Trade Association (VITA) in San Fernando Valley of Southern California; Board Member-founder of the Latino Business Chamber of Greater Los Angeles (LBC-GLA); and member of the Executive Committee of the same organization. In addition to these positions, Victor is also a long time member of the Town Hall Professional Association and the Los Angeles World Affairs Council.
Victor’s vast professional experience, as well as his entrepreneurial adventures, places him in a very strong position to advise his clients in the areas of tax, finance and real estate investment. His goal for 2012 is to expand International Relations and Trade by networking with other organizations whose goals are to increase exports from the USA to the world. He is also planning to spearhead the International Committee for the LBC-GLA, and expand international business operations in Latin America.
