Really Great Employee Benefits
President & CEO

How long have you been volunteering in the community?

I have been volunteering in the community for about 40 years.

How long have you been volunteering for The Valley Economic Alliance?

I have been a member of The Valley Economic Alliance (TVEA) for 10 years.

Tell us a little about yourself.

I am President of Really Great Employee Benefits (RGEB), a Human Resources and Employee Benefits consulting firm headquartered in Canoga Park, CA. For the past 18 years, RGEB has been working with companies and now advises almost 400 companies with 10,000 employees.

I serve as a board member of The Valley Economic Alliance, and on the Board of Directors of West Valley Warner Center Chamber of Commerce. I am a member of Valley Industry and Commerce Association.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

My wife, Renee, and I reside in West Hills with our dog, and our 5 children are becoming responsible and productive members of society.

My interests include the LA Dodgers, college football and basketball, golf, reading mysteries and spy novels and all types of music except opera and hip hop.

What is one of your Passion Projects that you are working on?

One of my passion projects is The Light the Night Walks for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I have chaired or co-chaired the last three Light the Night Walks in Warner Center raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I am passionate about raising money to help people with cancer, and provide research funds to eradicate cancer.

Why do you continue to be a member of The Valley Economic Alliance?

Since RGEB works with almost 400 companies which are primarily in the Valley, it is important to belong to TVEA since they promote and support business in the San Fernando Valley.
