Board Certified Plastic, Hand & Reconstructive Surgeon

How long have you been volunteering in the community?

I have been volunteering in the community for 19 years.

Tell us a little about yourself.

I immigrated to the United States at the age of 14, and settled with a local family in the Valley. I attended Birmingham High School, followed by 12 years of medical education and training. After finishing my specialty training, I came back to the Valley to establish and build my medical practice.

As a Board Certified Plastic, Hand, & Reconstructive Surgeon, I have grown my practice to include four different medical businesses in the Valley. These include California Center for Plastic Surgery, California Hand Center, Regency Surgery Center, and ProHealth-Valley Occupational Medical Center.

I employ about 100 employees in the Valley and vicinity. Many of these employees have been working with me for at least 18 years, and I consider them to be part of my family. I love working with people and have always given back to my local community and dear employees.

What is one of your Passion Projects that you are working on?

My passion project is ProHealth Occupational and Urgent Care Clinics in Mission Hills, Glendale, and Encino, which provide healthcare to the employees of small to large companies in the greater San Fernando Valley. We treat and heal your most valuable asset: your employees.

Why do you continue to be a member of The Valley Economic Alliance?

I am a member of TVEA to be an active participant in the betterment and development of the San Fernando Valley Economy. “It takes a village!”
