How long have you been volunteering in the community?
I have been volunteering in the community for 10 years.
Tell us a little about yourself.
I am Vice President and Small Business Banker in the San Fernando Valley/Greater Los Angeles area, providing assistance to local branches of Bank of America as a commercial lender. I am responsible for providing access to capital for a wide range of business owners, acquisition of new depository accounts, forging strong relationships with internal and external business partners, retention of affluent business clients, and providing crucial support that builds and increase customer loyalty. I have more than 20 years of experience encompassing business development, project management, international sales, analyzing market research, and comprehensive technical and entrepreneurial consulting.
I joined the Small Business Banking Division for Greater Los Angeles at its inception in 2010, working to integrate the diverse services offered by all of the financial institution partners, under one roof. I have a wealth of teaching and coaching skills and facilitating knowledge to my associates about the Small Business Banking Value Proposition. I strive to enhance the banking experience for my Small Business customers.
I hold a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of La Verne. I also completed training at the Investment Banking Institute in Los Angeles.
