Thomas R. Soule
How long have you been volunteering in the community?
I have been a community volunteer for 38 years.
How long have you been volunteering for The Valley Economic Alliance?
I have spent 20 years volunteering for The Valley Economic Alliance.
Tell us a little about yourself.
I have been married to my wife Cathy for 46 years. We have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren, ages 5-12. I am an avid bicyclist, riding two to three times a week.
I am a CPA with an accounting and tax practice for 38 years. My daughter, Allison, joined the practice in 2015 and has become an integral part of the business.
What is one of your Passion Projects that you are working on?
I organized a Kiwanis Club project with the home for abused women and children in North Hollywood. The Kiwanis Club built a playhouse and large swing set for the children. The Club also contributed toys, books, and a television for the house.
Why do you continue to be a member of The Valley Economic Alliance?
I enjoy being a member of The Valley Economic Alliance because I value being part of an organization that is instrumental in Transportation/ Metro Rail projects, education and job training, and planning for the future of the Valley.
