Tech Talent Connect

The Alliance is leading the way to develop Tech Talent Connect (TTC), an unprecedented collaborative program which will create a workforce development pipeline flowing between employers, training providers, and job seekers in tech-enabled occupations—especially youth needing internships and adults needing short-term vocational training. Long-term program outcomes include further establishing the San Fernando Valley as a global tech hub by building a tech-literate local workforce, achieving a diverse, equitable and inclusive tech workforce and raising economic standards of living in the region.

Employers can benefit in several ways:

  • Access to Top Talent. Tap into a pool of motivated individuals equipped with cutting-edge skills
  • Streamlined Recruitment. Enjoy direct pathways to qualified candidates, saving you time and resources
  • Diverse Perspectives. Benefit from a diverse talent pool, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to your organization
  • Community Impact. By participating, you are investing in the future of your community, helping uplift individuals and families

What is expected of enrolled Employer Partners:

  • Consider candidates from the program for full-time or part-time employment
