Emmy Award-Winning TV & Radio Sports Broadcaster Receives Award at 26th Annual Valley of the Stars Gala
Sherman Oaks, California—Emmy Award-Winning Television & Radio Sports Broadcaster Fred Roggin will receive the Media Award at The Valley Economic Alliance (The Alliance) 26th Annual Valley of the Stars Awards Gala presented by Bechtel Infrastructure Corporation, April 25, 2024, 5:30-8:30 p.m. (PST) at Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City located at 555 Universal Hollywood Dr, Universal City, CA 91608.
The Media Award is given to a media figure who contributes to the vitality of the Valley.
Fred Roggin is a seasoned sportscaster known for his career at KNBC and radio station KLAC (currently on his afternoon sports show Roggin and Rodney). With a career spanning decades, he has become a fixture in sports broadcasting, covering a wide range of events from the Olympics to the Super Bowl. Roggin’s engaging style, vast knowledge and insightful commentary have made him a trusted voice in sports media, earning him recognition and respect from fans and colleagues alike.
