Los Angeles Metro to Receive Community Builder Award
at 26th Annual Valley of the Stars Gala
Sherman Oaks, California—Los Angeles Metro will receive the Community Builder Award at The Valley Economic Alliance (The Alliance) 26th Annual Valley of the Stars Awards Gala presented by Bechtel Infrastructure Corporation, April 25, 2024, 5:30-8:30 p.m. (PST) at Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City located at 555 Universal Hollywood Dr, Universal City, CA 91608.
The Community Builder Award is presented to an organization whose efforts and contributions advance the lives of those who live and work in the San Fernando Valley creating a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable region for all.
Los Angeles Metro is making significant investments in two railway projects to improve San Fernando Valley public transportation connections and access. One of these projects is the East San Fernando Valley (ESFV) Light Rail Transit Line Project.
