Keith Reed, MBA is an acknowledged energy efficiency professional for more than 33 years, with a history of program optimization and driving results at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Willdan Energy Solutions and CB&I Environmental and Infrastructure, Inc.

CB&I is the most complete energy infrastructure focused company in the world with services including design, engineering, construction, fabrication, maintenance and environmental services. Keith is the client program manager for CB&I’s energy advantage program (EAP) for small business. The EAP is designed to offer no-cost technical assistance, financial analysis, and rebate and incentive support to small and medium business customers who are already financing (or considering financing) capital projects for their facilities through the SBA 504 Loan Program, but are not yet optimizing energy efficiency or connected to utility services and incentives. The EAP program currently serves SoCalGas, LADWP and SDG&E.

Carmen Bowen, Campus President

Carmen Bowen, MBA is the current Campus President at Concorde Career College in North Hollywood and has served the campus for over ten years. Carmen has worked in the education field for 16 years where she has held various key campus leadership positions. She leads North Hollywood’s commitment to the community with initiatives that include health fairs, weekly volunteer hours at continuous-care nursing homes and dental offices, mobile services for the needy, and an annual Easter basket event. For the last two years, Carmen and her campus partnered with EduLife Institute and successfully trained almost 35,000 Los Angeles County residents in CPR.

Concorde Career Colleges, Inc. operates 16 campuses offering health professions in 8 states and has been training medical professionals for over 60 years. Concorde is solely focused on health professions education and offers a range of degree and diploma programs from entry-level positions in the healthcare industry to advanced clinical positions. Carmen is also President of the Universal City North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Directors at the Edulife Institute, on the Membership Committee for the Valley Industry and Commerce Association and has served as a Team Leader for ACCSC.
